The invention relates to a method for assessment of black-and-white vision function in rabbits, at which after the trepanation of skull in the occipital area the dissection of pachymeninx is carried out on the length of 3 cm above the occipital lobes. A dielectric plate is introduced through the formed opening in tunic between the occipital lobe and pachymeninx. The 40 tantalum electrodes, to which 40 conductors are led, which are led outside in a composition of flexible microcable, are mounted in dielectric plate. The dissected soft tissues are sutured in layer, and the microcable is introduced by an awl in a hypoderm on the deep of 15 cm from a surgical wound and led outside on the level of neck through the small opening in a skin. The potentials on the separate conductors of the microcable, led outside, are registered in darkness, using different white flashes on the display of glasses, placed in front of the rabbit eyes. |
