A curable composition for optical nanoimprint is provided to ensure excellent photocurable property, pattern precision, elasticrecovery, transmittance and uneven substrate surface, to be useful for a transparent protective layer of a flat panel display and a permanent film of a spacer. A curable composition for optical nanoimprint comprises a silsesquioxane compound, polymerizable monomer, photo-polymerizable initiator and surfactant. The silsesquioxane compound has at least reactive group. The curable composition additionally contains an antioxidant. The content of a silsesquioxane compound within the curable composition is 1~40 mass %. The curable composition for optical nanoimprint is hardened by performing the optical irradiation and heating many times. |
