APPARATUS FOR SUPERCOOLING

A supercooling apparatus is provided to form a high temperature field easily by foaming the partial area of a casing and forming a temperature field, in which ice crystal is not produced, in the casing. A supercooling apparatus(1000) comprises: a first storage having the temperature field below zero; a second storage having the different temperature field with the first storage; and a container(200) which is located through the first and the second storages and stores liquid or a food having liquid. The second storage has higher temperature field than the maximum ice crystal formation field. The first storage is heat-shield with adiabatic material.
