A speckle reduction part(180) passes the light emitted from the laser light source part by comprising a film unit and a piezoelectric element unit. The film unit receives the vibration from the piezoelectric element part, and is made of the transparent material through which the light can pass and the fluid material which can easily transmit the vibration.
