A rotation apparatus for support installed at roadside is provided that there is no disturbance of the transit of vehicles and the safety guard is unnecessary, and the safe maintenance task is possible. A rotation apparatus for the support(100) comprises a fixing plate(20), a rotational plate(30) which is possible to rotate, it is assembled in the fixing plate, and provides the mounting surface (31a) in which support is mounted, a sliding unit which is interposed between the fixing plate and rotational plate and supports the rotational motion of the rotational plate to be smooth, one or more locating bolts(50) fixing of releasing the rotational plate to the fixing plate.
