A stirring device is provided to obtain the casting dope in which homogeneity is high by mixing additive and polymer dope with the high efficiency. A stirring device comprises: mixer tubes(71,72) for the flow of the polymer dope(21); a supply tube(77) ejecting additive on the polymer dope in the mixer tube; a rotor hub(73) arranged in the downstream side of the supply tube, and included in the mixer tube; and a drive unit for rotating the rotor hub with the electromagnetic induction passing the chamber of the mixer tube inside.
