The invention relates to a modified transcallosal approach to the intracranial area of optic nerve in rabbits, at which after the trepanation of skull and dissection of pachymeninx in frontoparietal area a liner cut is carried out along the corpus calosum fibers on the length of 0.5 cm. A ballon-catheter is introduced into formed opening, and filling it with saline, a surgical canal is extended in corpus calosum till the size of , farther by the analogical method the opening with the length of 1 cm is made on the fundus of third ventricle and approach to the intracranial area is made. |
