Rotary windmill with belt turbines enables rational use of wind power, and the least number of blades (11), mounted on an endless belt (9) in the amount of 12, five of these are at the "active" side, a driving, and another five at a passive opposite side (reverse one) and with the opposite direction, one in the phase of opening, at the spot where a drawing roll (3) is, and the other at the opposite end where, a roll (4) is, and is automatically closed as well as the other ones while being on the "passive side" of the endless belt (9). Balancing of the invention is carried out by a weight (7) all up to the indifferent position, and by an alignment controller (6) based on a compass the appropriate choosing of the angle of a stand (12) in a horisontal plane is done, therewith the blades (11) are equally exposed to the blasts, regardless to the side of the wind blow. On the front side, in front of the drawing roll (3) mounted is a wind guide (20). Drawing roll (3), roll (4) and the endless belt (9) with blades (11) represent a turbine of the windmill, and all these elements can withstand certain changes with positive outcome.
