A method for maintaining chip information for broadcast according to the change of the device in USIM unlock environment and a system thereof for automatically changing CA information are provided to offer same service without information transfer of broadcasting reception by using CAS. A maintenance system about for broadcast chip information according to the device change in USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module unlock) includes a mobile communications information management server(201), a broadcast information management server(203) and a CAS(Conditional Access System)(205).
