A waste heat recycle engine is provided to mix water and oil smoothly by setting up a water injection device in the backplane of a fuel injection device and setting up a flow disturbing plate inside a carburetor. A waste heat recycle engine comprises a water injection device and a flow disturbing plate. The water injection device is installed at the backplane of a fuel injection device. The flow disturbing plate is installed inside the carburetor. The water injection device controls the amount of the water and a location in order to control the mixing ratio of the oil and the water freely. The water and the oil are smoothly mixed with the flow disturbing plate.
