An upper cover having a reinforcement cover for a rupture disk is provided to prevent the leakage of insulating oil to the outside possible when a transformer is ruptured. In an upper cover having a reinforcement cover for a rupture disk, an enclosure(12) stores oil and is extended upward along the circumstance of rupture safety system(120) which is installed on the upper cover of a transformer(100). A leakage prevention upper plate has a flat part(11') and a lateral part(11''), and the flat part is extended downward from the circumstance of the lateral part. The leakage prevention upper plate is arranged over the enclose as inverse U shape. A connection rod fixes the lateral of leakage prevention and the enclosure.
