A receipt structure combined with advertising printing material is provided to deliver various information effectively and to offer a function as a delivery medium of the information. A receipt structure combined with advertising printing material can be inserted into internal space(22) formed when a desk calendar(20) having a plurality of calendar sheets(21) is set. The structure is made of a plate material(10). The plate includes a first and a second surface which are folded on a center part of the plate to an opposite direction, a third and a fourth surface are extended from the first and the second surface and can be folded, and a fifth and a sixth surface can be folded to an opposite direction compared to the direction of the first and the second surface. |
