An underwater erection joint relaxation and spine correction device is provided, which enables joint relaxation and muscle reshaping through the fixed exercise in underwater. An underwater erection joint relaxation and spine correction device comprises: a tube(22) for floating a user on the water surface by using the buoyancy of the air; a racket(24) in which a joint hole(26) is penetration-formed in the center while being equipped under the tube; a tube fixing belt(28) in which a hanger loop(30) hanging on the joint hole of the bracket is equipped; a weight body(36) which pulls the user to the underwater; and an elastic band(46) of which one end is connected to the tube fixing belt and the other is connected to the weight body and flexibly supports the floating force of the tube and gravity of the weight body.
