MANUFACTURE OF SEALING GASKET WITH GLASS AND FIBER COMPOUND FOR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL

摘要

A glass and fiber sealing material for solid oxide fuel cell is provided to be manufactured simply using manufactured fiber mixing frit glass and to have high dimension precision fitting for complicated structure of battery and separator . A glass and fiber sealing material for solid oxide fuel cell is manufactured by mixing Al2O3-SiO2 fiber of 0~20wt% and the glass manufactured by adding SrO, La2O3, BaO and CaO of 0~46 mole into CaO-Al2O3-B2O3 -SiO2 system. A sheet-like square gasket or a ring gasket is manufactured by mixing a binder into the glass and fiber sealing material for solid oxide fuel cell.
