摘要 <p>An organic-inorganic hybrid junction device using a redox and an organic photovoltaic cell using the same are provided to maximize efficiency of an organic photovoltaic cell by making thickness of a depletion layer between an organic layer and a metal oxide layer thin. An organic-inorganic hybrid junction device using a redox comprises an organic layer(110), a metal oxide layer(130), and a depletion layer(140). The organic layer has p-type conductive property. The metal oxide layer has n-type conductive property, and is formed by gelling for a metal oxide solution of basic. The depletion layer is arranged between the organic layer and the metal oxide layer by contacting the organic layer to the metal oxide solution. An organic photovoltaic cell includes the organic-inorganic hybrid junction device using the redox between electrodes.</p>
