A heat transfer member and a connector are provided to obtain the high efficiency for heat dissipation by transferring efficiently the heat generated in the LED to the heat sink. The elastic body is arranged between the electronic component(21) and heat-radiating member. The heat- radiating member is made of the heat sink(22). The heat- radiating member is made of the metal case accommodating the electronic component. The heat- radiating member is made of the conductor pattern for the heat dissipation. The metal layer for the electric heat is formed in the surface of the elastic body. The pad part (223b) is formed in the lower-part of the circuit board(223).
