A location information providing apparatus using the PIMS and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to the current location of the other party by using the telephone number, mobile phone number and domain address of the other party. A database(120) stores the location information corresponding to personal information. A server(300) receives the personal information of the other party desired by a user, and then searches and provides location information corresponding to the personal information by referring to the database. |
