ARRANGEMENTS MANUFACTURING FELLET FOR ABSORPTION EMI

A facility for manufacturing a sheet and a pellet for absorbing an EMI is provided to reduce a noise of a communication signal by forming the insulation coating of a wire and a communication cable using the pellet. A combination mixer(100) includes a cylindrical drum(106) having an input hole(102) and a vent(104). The metal flake and the resin are inputted into the cylindrical drum through the input hole. The mixture mixing the metal flake powder and the polyolefin resin with a ratio of 35-95 weight% : 65-5 weight% is inputted to the cylindrical drum. A hot air dryer(200) dries the metal paste mixed inside the cylindrical drum. The dried metal paste or metal compound is uniformly mixed in a mixing roller(300). The mixing roller includes a pair of rollers rotating in the different direction. The input plate(302) is mounted in an upper part of the roller. A supporting plate(304) is arranged in the lower part of the roller. A pellet grinder(400) grinds the metal paste or metal compound paste to a pellet type. A heat press roller forms the sheet for absorbing the EMI by pressing the pellet by the heat.
