A material is provided to stabilize the surface state and to realize a battery with high capacity and excellent cycleability. A material comprises oxides and silicon(Si) chemically bonded on the surface of oxides. The oxides comprises at least one element selected from the group consisting of cobalt(Co), nickel(Ni), manganese(Mn), iron(Fe) and copper(Cu). The carbon(C) uniformly exists on the surface of oxides. The atomic ratio of silicon(Si) ont the surface of oxides is 3-90%. The average particle diameter of the material is 0.005-1 micrometer. |
