Colloidal type nano antibiotic artificial soil is provided to ensure excellent water absorption, water retention, and water supplying power, to improve nutrition supply capability and antibacterial activity, and to promote the growth of plants. A method for manufacturing colloidal type nano antibiotic artificial soil comprises a step for mixing ammonia solution(25~40%) and potassium hydroxide(15~25%) in a vessel; a step for adding non-acidic unsaturated simple substance 6~12%, unsaturated vinyl organic acid 15~35%, and dye 5~10%, after the mixture reaches 20 °C and pH 6~7; a step for adding a binder 0.05~0.5% and a detonator 0.1~1.0% after the mixture is cooled to 20~25 °C; a step for obtaining semi-emulsion by heating the mixture to 60~65°C to obtain the solution and mixing the solution for 1 hour; a step for mixing and kneading nutritive element 3~8% and nano silver antifungal solution 0.1~5% uniformly, adding the semi-emulsion to the mixture, and maintaining the mixture to 5 °C to obtain the gel type material; and a step for semi-drying the gel type material to the colloid type by using a infrared drier.
