An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an absorbing layer by coating the dye and the pigment absorbing the light of the fixed wavelength band on the macromolecular film. A substrate(40) is formed of the transparent material. A switch and driving thin-film transistors are formed in the substrate. A pixel electrode(143) is connected to the driving thin-film transistor. A common electrode(145) forms the electric field with the pixel electrode. An organic light-emitting layer(160) is located between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. The organic light-emitting layer is formed in order to produce the light. A color filter(190) is overlapped with the pixel electrode. An absorbing layer(200) is formed in the lower surface of substrate. The absorbing layer separates the blue(B) and the green(G) wavelength by absorbing the cyan wavelength.
