A spicy rice cake for tteokbokki(pan-fried dish of sliced rice cake with meats and vegetables) is provided to cook tteokbokki(pan-fried dish of sliced rice cake with meats and vegetables) with only water by preparing a rounded rice cake stick by mixing rice flour with various seasonings. A method for manufacturing spicy rice cake for tteokbokki comprises (i) a step of mixing red pepper paste, crushed beef, garlic, onion, ground pepper, monosodium glutamate, salt, and sugar with rice flour; (ii) a step of steaming the mixture; (iii) a step of cutting a rounded rice cake stick; and (iv) a step of keeping the cut rounded rice cake stick at low temperature. |
