A method and a system for managing an HACCP by using the sensor network including one or more sensor are provided to administrate HACCP through the sensor network. A web server(210) performs a user computer and web communications. A sensor network management system(130) sets up the configuring information of the sensor network as the type of the web service. Sense data transmitted from the sensor network in which configuration is completed is provided to the user computer. A USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) adapter(220) is inputted from the sensor network. USN adapter checks the operation state of the sensor network. A data storage unit(230) stores sense data which is input from USN adapter. Stored sense data are provided according to the request of the service provider(240).
