A method for transmitting a signal using a multiple HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) is provided to reduce a control signal overhead in case a large information block is transmitted through a plurality of sub frames or a resource block. A base station transmits a HARQ downlink map message to a terminal(S210). The HARQ downlink map message defines at least one data region performing a HARQ. The base station transmits an uplink HARQ ACK(ACKnowledgement) channel allocation message to the terminal(S220). The uplink HARQ ACK channel allocation message defines at least one ACK channel in an uplink resource region. The base station transmits an information block to the terminal(S230). The information block includes a plurality of transmission blocks. The terminal determines an error of the transmission block by decoding a received data(S240), and transmits an ACK/NACK(Negative ACKnowledgement) signal to the base station through an ACK channel(S250).
