An apparatus for monitoring works of ground connection of power transmission line is provided to prevent the accident of being struck by the induced voltage by accurately keeping the ground order. An earth connection monitor unit comprises a transmission device and a receiving device(23). The transmission device is adhered to the tool for the ground and delivers the grounded signal to the receiving device. The tool for the ground comprises a tool(22) for pylon(14a) and a tool(21) for wire(13). The tool for pylon and the tool for wire are connected by in-between wire(15).
