The device has a plate or sheet (1) including clamp forming parts with elasticity and an opening (2) in which a grillage pile (3) is introduced, after positioning the device using levers. The plate has a locking screw that maintains the pile in a vertical position, on a wall e.g. fence wall, or a formwork of a building, during laying of concrete around the grillage pile. A fixation tab assures maintenance of the pile.
