An encapsulated type LCD monitor system for outdoor which is usable in an inferior environment is provided to regularly maintain the temperature of the LCD monitor and increase the product by mounting the monitor on the outside. The central part of the front frame(12) is opened. A tempered glass(14) is installed at the inner side of the front frame. An LCD panel indicates moving picture by being mounted on the rear side of the tempered glass. An air duct bracket induces the flow of the air. A rear frame(28) unites with the front frame and includes a mounting groove(30). The mounting groove is rearwards protruded in the central part. A heating-cooling member(50) has heating and cooling function. The specified region of the heating-cooling member is inserted into the mounting groove of the rear frame.
