An auto-navigation system proto r-09 is provided to make unmanned distribution system and transport system general by using unmanned system operated with the program. A method for construction of an auto-navigation system proto r-09 comprises a step of setting the r-09 system, surveying detailed present condition topography and programming a map, a step of recognizing the programmed map three-dimensionally, a step of setting the system for regional purpose recognition and artificial reaction in 3D map program, a step of recognizing the present position by linking a position indicator with the map program, and a step of sensing the present position displayed on the 3D map with a front direction sensor and computing the present position, progressive direction, the angle and shape of road, and surrounding establishment in advance in the 3D map program, and a step of setting an unmanned navigation system operated according to the direction and angle of the progressing route and the compatibility of topography.
