THE AUTOMOBILE PLASTIC PILLAR NECK USING THE NANO COMPOSITE

摘要

A plastic filler neck for flexible-fuel vehicle using nano-composite is provided to meet the exhaust regulation for flexible-fuel vehicle and reduce the exhaustion of the environmentally harmful material. A plastic filler neck for flexible-fuel vehicle is made from polymer/clay nano-composite prepared by using organic clay. Preparation of the organic clay comprises a step of putting smectitic clay in the water to be destroyed or expanded, a step of adding organic modifier in the clay, and an organization step of replacing exchangeable cation with organic modifier.
