An integration remote device controlling system of water disposal system and a method thereof capable of freely changing communication protocol are provided to control and monitor equipment due to changing the set up through a portable computer. An integration remote device controlling system of water disposal system includes a client terminal(200), a control server(400) and an integration RTU(Remote Terminal Unit)(100). The client terminal produces command data for the collection of the field device information. The control server receives command data. And the control server provides command data by using the communications network. The integration RTU receives the provided command data.
