A door locking device of a drum type washing machine is provided to open a door with only the electrical operation of 2 solenoids. A door locking device of drum type washing machine comprises a locking device body(2) and a holder(3) including a hook which can be installed in a door or leaved from the door. The holder includes a stopper(6) acting according to the binding operation of a second solenoid(5) and a first solenoid(4); a first solenoid spring(7) supporting the first solenoid; a second solenoid spring(8) supporting the second solenoid; and a locking pin connecting to a key(9) of the second solenoid in order to be inserted to a jamming hole(11) of stopper and leaved from the same.
