A supporting member manufacturing method of a pipe hanger and the making mold is provided to reduce the productivity and manufacturing cost and to prevent a safety accident. A supporting member manufacturing method of a pipe hanger comprises: a first piercing process step of punching in order to make a through hole(145) on the central part of the material of strip-like; a second piercing and first notching processing step of punching in order to make a first notching part on the co-linear of rearward for the through hole and a pair of combining aperture; a second notching process step of forming a band member on the tip-end part of material; and an incision processing step forming a pair of incision supporting part(165).
