PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid-filled vibration damper, capable of restricting growth of bubbles, and restricting abnormal sound generated as they disappear. SOLUTION: An engine mount is provided with an elastic member connecting an engine side bracket to a car side bracket, a fluid chamber defined and formed by the elastic member and a diaphragm, in which fluid L is filled, a partition plate 12 parting the fluid chamber to a first chamber in which inner pressure is varied in accordance with deformation of the elastic member caused by relative displacement between the engine side bracket and the car body side bracket, and a second chamber of which volume varies in accordance with deformation of the diaphragm, and an orifice passage 120 extended along the outer circumference of the partition plate 12 to open to the first chamber and the second chamber for connecting the first chamber with the second chamber. The orifice passage 120 is shaped in such a way as to form rotary flow along the flow direction of the fluid L in the first chamber as the fluid L flows from the orifice passage 120 into the first chamber, thereby the flow direction of the fluid L in the orifice passage 120 can be smoothly deflected toward the first chamber.
