PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which keeps at least a transparent polyethylene resin layer overlying a base material sheet, in which when the decorative sheet is further stuck on a steel plate substrate or the like, and is performed with bending work, a bending work section does not cause whitening or the like, in addition which has high weatherability. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet keeps at least a resin layer which mainly consisting of a transparent polypropylene overlying a base material sheet, wherein at least one layer of a resin layer mainly consisting of the transparent polypropylene is made of a mixture of 50-90 pts.wt. of a homopolypropylene having 95% or more and 99.9% or less pentad fraction and 10-50 pts.wt. of a propylene-ethylene copolymerization elastomer or a propylene-α-olefin copolymerization elastomer, and wherein at least a hydroxyphenyl triazine based ultraviolet absorption agent of 0.1-1.5 pts.wt. is contained.
