PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio host, a program, and a radio communication method. SOLUTION: The radio host includes: a communication part 110 for communicating with a radio device; a setting part for setting a control communication time zone for allowing the radio device to transmit prescribed control information to the radio host to be a first frequency; and detecting parts 232, 262 for detecting a state that the communication part receives the control information from the radio device in the control communication time zone which is set by the setting part, or a control communication assumption state that it is assumed that the communication part receives the control information from the radio device. When the detecting parts detect the reception of the control information by the communication part from the radio device in the control communication time zone or the control communication assumption state, the setting part sets the control communication time zone to be a second frequency higher than the first frequency.
