PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device of high energy efficiency by changing a standby temperature when not using a toilet seat according to a condition. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes the toilet seat 400 having a sitting surface and including a metal material, a toilet seat heater 450 provided on the back surface side of the sitting surface of the toilet seat 400, a control part 90 for controlling energizing to the toilet seat heater 450, a temperature measurement part 401 for measuring the temperature of the toilet seat 400, and an entrance detection sensor 600. By changing the standby temperature when not using the toilet seat 400 according to the condition, the standby temperature which can be elevated to a using temperature in a short time by the minimum energizing is maintained when not using the toilet seat 400.
