The method involves recognizing an acoustic and/or textual input of a person i.e. passenger, by a language system, and recognizing different information e.g. gesture of the person, as an input by the language system. Information of a technical device e.g. optical detector, is transmitted through a direct connection with the language system. The information transmitted from the technical device is converted into a data format for use by the language system. A recognition mode of the language system is activated for recognizing the acoustic and/or textual input of the person. An independent claim is also included for a communication system with a person and an artificial language system for communication with the person.
