<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet which can control incident light and emission light, an optical sheet which is integrated with a functional film, an optical functional sheet which is integrated with a diffusion plate by lamination and which has a thin shape, high strength and high display grade and further to provide a backlight unit and a display apparatus using the optical functional sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The lens sheet 1 is provided with a unit lens 3 formed at an emission surface of a base material and a rugged shape formed at an incidence surface. In the lens sheet 1, an optical mask 9 is formed at protrusions 5 formed on the incidence surface and an incidence light control element 11 is formed at recesses 7.
