<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength filter having a small number of components, capable of reducing manufacturing cost without a sophisticated manufacturing technology, having a high general versatility for setting the central wavelength of pass band and having a small dependence on temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The wavelength filter has a refractive index distribution type lens serving as an etalon fixed on the end of a single mode fiber, and a dielectric body multilayer mirror is arranged in front of the lens facing to the lens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
