#CMT# #/CMT# Tool for maturing the ends (2) of a rectangular tube (1) comprises inner jaws (8) and outer jaws (9) which can each be bidirectionally adjusted between an open position and a closed position across the longitudinal axis (3) of a tube inserted into the tool. The inner jaws have in their open position a space between two inner contours (10) facing away from each other and facing the inner side (11) of the tube.
