PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag capable of easily storing box bodies such as tiered food boxes, a cake storing box and a sweet storing box without requiring any special skill. SOLUTION: This bag 1 comprises a rectangular bottom member 2, a front member 3 and a rear member 4 arranged at each of the front end and the rear end of the bottom member 2 and side members arranged at both side ends of the bottom member 2. Each of the side members is constituted to be divided with the bottom member 2 and a first side member 5 connected to the front member 3 and a second side member 6 connected to the bottom member 2 and the rear member 4. A rear lower part 5c of the first side member 5 and a front lower part 6c of the second side member 6 are arranged to overlap each other at an overlapping part 8. The overlapping part 8 is formed wider toward a lower side. An opening or closing string 12 for use in opening or closing the bag is inserted through the upper end of each of the members.
