<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device capable of changing easily a use condition of electronic money service in response to a situation or necessity, and capable of enhancing security. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 100 reads out IC tag information including a tag classification and a charge condition from an IC tag 20 in response to an IC tag registration operation, to be registered in an IC tag information storage part 102a. An electronic money is charged on-line, according to the charge condition registered in the IC tag information storage part 102a while correlated with the tag classification in the IC tag information read out from the registered IC tag 20, when executing an electronic money charging operation, and free charge or illegal use is prevented thereby to enhance the security. Further, the use condition of the electronic money service is easily changed in response to the situation or necessity, since the charge condition in the IC tag information registered in the IC tag information storage part 102a is changed in response to an IC tag attribute changing operation, or since a new charge condition is set by combining the tag classifications. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
