摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for a storage device which does not easily cause the liquid leakage of an electrolyte. SOLUTION: The ceramic terminal comprises a ceramic base body 1 provided with a through-hole 1c from one surface 1a to the other surface 1b, a terminal body 2 composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy inserted to the through-hole 1c so as to be projected from both surfaces 1a and 1b of the ceramic base body 1, and a sealing plate 3 constituted of the aluminum or the aluminum alloy, bonded to the ceramic base body 1 so as to avoid being electrically connected with the terminal body 2. The terminal body 2 or the sealing plate 3 is solid-phase bonded to the metal layer 4 of the aluminum or the aluminum alloy put on the surface of the ceramic base body 1 via a titanium layer 5. Since it is composed of ceramics, titanium and the aluminum which are less apt to corrode due to the electrolyte and they are solid-phase bonded at a low temperature, bonded part degradation is less, as well.
