PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of vehicle accessories attaining rear shift layout of a power train unit, arrangement of the accessory for the power train unit and arrangement of the vehicle accessory unit while inhibiting affection to a compartment. SOLUTION: The arrangement structure is characterized in that a dash panel 3 is provided for dividing the compartment 2 and an engine room 1, the power train unit 31 for driving wheels is provided in a recessed part 4 provided in the dash panel 3, the vehicle accessory unit 40 is provided at a side of the recessed part 4 of the dash panel 3 inside the compartment 2, and the accessory 34 for the power train unit is disposed at a rear position of the power train unit 31 corresponding to the recessed part 4 of the dash panel 3.
