FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices providing for the supply of high pressure working media to rocket stages at starting devices and for the separation of air lines. A quick-split unit comprises a board pad and a ground pad with filling nozzles, a main collet lock, a pneumatic drive with a piston, a lock device. The board pad is fitted by a cylindrical indentation where a guide sleeve is installed and equipped by an additional collet lock set in the board pad and interacting with the conical collar of the first bush mounted in the guide sleeve. The additional collet lock is fixed by the second bush embracing the main collet lock installed in the guide sleeve, the latter is set in the hole of the projection made on the ground pad coaxially to the cylindrical indentation on the board pad. In the hole of the main collet lock there installed is an element locking it, having a stop interacting with the main collet lock, also the main collet lock is fitted by a stop interacting with the stop of the second bush; herewith the distance between the stop of the main collet lock and the stop of the second bush is equal to or is greater than the value by which the nozzles of the ground pad protrude over the interface plane of the board and ground pads.EFFECT: invention improves structure reliability.4 dwg |
