PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case for a game machine, capable of preventing a fraudulence for exchanging a control element mounted on the surface of a control board by destroying a cover member covering the surface of the control board, so as to form a hole. SOLUTION: A movement restraining part 80 for regulating the movement of a ROM 40b is arranged so as to enclose the circumference of the ROM 40b. Then, one end of a reinforcing member 84 is integrally formed with the movement restraining part 80 and also the reinforcing member 84 is formed over the whole area from the movement restraining part 80 to the side wall 70b of the cover member 70.
