PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truss material for integrally and easily forming a diagonal member of a space truss only by stretching the material in a predetermined direction. SOLUTION: A plurality of rectangles 1 having a side 3 in common are arranged in forward, backward, right and left directions, and cuts 5a, 5b are formed at the cross sections 4a, 4b of the side and side of the rectangle in the vertical direction. One cross section 4a of the cross sections positioned at both ends of each side of the rectangle is provided with the cut 5a from the upper surface side, leaving the lower surface side uncut, and the other cross section 4b is provided with the cut 5b from the lower surface side, leaving the upper surface side uncut.
