<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new photovoltaic cell structure capable of designing with higher transparency and make it strong, and with low manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic cell (100) includes at least a closed chamber (112) having two end walls arranged opposite to each other, with at least one being intended to receive incident light radiation, and having at least one side wall formed by at least one stack of a first electrode (104) and a second electrode (108) electrically insulated from each other, at least two immiscible electrolytes (114, 116) placed in the closed chamber (112), forming two superimposed layers of which one (114) is in contact with the first electrode (104) and the other (116) is in contact with the second electrode (108), and a means arranged in the closed chamber and capable of achieving photovoltaic conversion of energy of the light radiation received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
