PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum electronic signature system in which re-authentication is disabled even when a large-scaled quantum computer is realized. SOLUTION: In the present invention, (k) is defined as an integer meeting 1/k<SP>(1/2)</SP>>α/(m+2). After a sender apparatus 2 confirms that a recipient apparatus 3 performs authentication using signature quantum states, less than or equal to (k), transmitted by the sender apparatus 2, namely, after the sender apparatus 2 confirms that the signature quantum states, less than or equal to (k), transmitted by the sender apparatus 2 are destroyed by the recipient apparatus 3, the sender apparatus 2 repeats the operation of sending other signature quantum states, less than or equal to (k), to the recipient apparatus 3. Thus, since signature quantum states more than (k) are prevented from being simultaneously collected other than the sender apparatus 2, even when a large-scaled quantum computer is used, signature re-authentication is disabled.
