PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel for easily removing the backlash in an optical axis direction and to provide a camera. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a rotatable operating ring (FR), and mechanical parts (10, 20) disposed at both ends of the operating ring (FR) in a first direction.
